No. 1 — Egyptian Seven Spice

This is our take on a classic Egyptian seven spice. It's built on paprika, coriander, garlic, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and seven spice, with a bit of bell pepper and onion mixed in. We tested it a handful of times before landing on a ratio we were happy with.

Use it the way you'd use any all-purpose seasoning: on chicken before it hits the pan, stirred into rice, rubbed on lamb the night before. Straightforward, warm, no shortage of ways to use it.
