At checkout, enter your address to see the delivery and shipping options available for your order, along with the current charges.

US shipping

Choose Ship at checkout. Shipping is not free. Carrier transit estimates begin after your order is dispatched and do not include preparation time.

If you need an order by a specific date, contact info@baladicrafts.com before ordering.

Perishable orders

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, monitor tracking, and arrange to receive and promptly store your order according to the package instructions.

Carrier delays, handling, and missed delivery attempts are outside our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, Baladi Crafts is not responsible for spoilage caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, an order left uncollected after delivery, or improper storage after receipt.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or you are concerned about its condition, email info@baladicrafts.com promptly with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Do not consume food you believe may be unsafe.

We review delivery issues individually; a refund or replacement is not automatic. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes depend on whether preparation or dispatch has begun.
